1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) establish the conditions regarding the use of Feed Stream (hereinafter referred to as the “App”). By using the App, the user (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) is deemed to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue the use of the App.

2. Eligibility

The User may use the App only if they meet the following conditions:

Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

3. Prohibited Acts

When using the App, the User shall not engage in the following acts:

Acts that violate laws, regulations, or these Terms.
Acts that infringe upon the rights (such as intellectual property rights, privacy rights, etc.) of the App or third parties.
Acts that compromise the security of the App, such as unauthorized access or hacking.
Spamming, chain letters, or other nuisance acts.
Acts that interfere with the normal operation of the App.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and all of its content (text, images, logos, software, and other materials) are the property of Kanta Oikawa (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) or its licensors, and are protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property rights. The User may not use, reproduce, modify, or redistribute the content of the App for commercial purposes.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as-is” basis, and the Company assumes no responsibility for the following:

That the App will always be available and free of errors.
The accuracy or reliability of the results obtained from using the App.
That the App is safe from viruses or other harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the following:

Direct, indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
Commercial losses such as loss of User data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.
Damages caused to the User’s devices or systems.

Note: However, these disclaimers may be limited by applicable law.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to services and content provided by third parties (hereinafter referred to as “Third-Party Services”). Third-Party Services are not under the control of the Company, and the Company assumes no responsibility for their use. When using Third-Party Services, the User must review the terms of service and privacy policies of those services.

8. Changes to the Terms of Service

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms as necessary. In the event of material changes, we will notify you within the App or on our website. If the User continues to use the App after the changes, they are deemed to have agreed to the modified Terms.

9. Termination and Cancellation

The User may stop using the App and cancel their account at any time. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User’s account without prior notice if the User violates these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Sapporo High Court.
